By challenging conservative norms in rural India that confine women to household duties, we’ve opened doors to factory work and provided skills training to bridge educational gaps. Our mission goes beyond employment, aiming to empower and lift families out of poverty by fostering financial independence and helping women gain respect within their communities.
We believe that with every individual empowered and supported, we ignite change not only in their life but in their entire community’s. This initiative has won the hearts of many, who have been a part of the Kariwala family as the programme helped them create sustainable livelihoods by building sustainable business.

Eye Care & cateract Camps
We conduct annual eye operation camps at our Falta factory, providing free cataract removal surgeries and lens implantation for underprivileged people in nearby rural areas.
Medical Camps
To improve access to healthcare in rural India, we organize medical camps, connecting residents to qualified doctors, medical facilities, & ambulances, addressing the region's lack of adequate medical care.
Blood Donation Drives
Twice a year, blood donation drives are held at Kariwala's facilities and Head Office to support the community’s healthcare needs.
Unused Drug Bank
Kariwala Industries collect safe and authorised, unused medical supplies for redistribution to child and elder care facilities in rural healthcare facilities, as well as supported NGOs
